To become a friend of harrop and recieve a 10% discount for the first four weeks of a new release you must complete the free signup -

(PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST COMPLETE THE PROCESS BEFORE YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT / ADDING THE F.O.H TO AN ORDER WITH A PRODUCT WILL RESULT IN A FULL PRICE PURCHASE AND WE CANNOT OFFER A PARTIAL REFUND IF YOU DO THIS - PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT USING THE REORDER BUTTON FROM A PREVIOUS ORDER WILL NOT RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP)

It is the customers responsibility to check their membership status prior to completing an order (partial refunds will not be issued) please follow the below steps:

1. Login to the website by clicking the person icon at the top righthand side of the page.
2. At the page you will land on, both sides have links to the F.O.H Membership link click one or the other.
   
3. You will be taken to a page that tells you your current status, if you see Default (Not A Member Of F.O.H) you are not a member and you will need to complete the friend of harrop product free checout to become a member, PLEASE NOTE THAT USING THE REORDER BUTTON FROM A PREVIOUS ORDER IN YOUR HISTORY WILL NOT WORK!
4. Please also check the product shows as discounted before you proceed through the checkout (we appreciate that you may be keen to place and order but we will not issue partial refunds after you have completed a checkout and we can only offer to complete a full refund!)  This is because completing partial refunds can and has in the past caused stock to be returned to a free status and sold to another customer and therfore orders have had to be cancelled completely, and also as a VAT registered business we also have to satisfy HMRC regarding our VAT records.
   
5. Please be aware in some circumstances it can take up to an hour for the F.O.H process to complete (during high traffic times like a launch) and we recommend logging out and back in to the site until you see the product price reduce by 10%, and again we cannot offer partial refunds under any circumstance please ensure you are willing to pay the price shown.

3 emails in a row being delivered and not opened (we consider this as an abandoned email address).

If we receive a Soft Bounce notification.

ISP / email holder blocking email delivery.

Reporting our emails as SPAM (please remember you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in all our marketing emails).
